Hokay. so. My face. Not lookin so good these days. I don’t know what’s happened. It looks horrendous though. I’m trying a more natural approach instead of the dermatologist (but it might come to that in the end). I tried Cetaphil because it is recommended my lots of dermatologists and it’s all over the internet and everyone raves about it. Garbage I tell you! I would wash my face with this 2 times and then use a toner and the cotton pad would come back covered in crud. It wasn’t even washing my face. And it had no effect on my skin whatsoever. It made it worse if anything.

Because of this, I bought the Eve Lom cleanser which doesn’t have any of the chemical crap that most cleansers have (like Cetacrap). It gets rid of ALL of my makeup like woah. Even MAC’s LiquidLast liner. It also acts as a toner and leaves my very dry skin relatively moisturized so I don’t need a moisturizer at night. You get a muslin cloth with the cleanser and you use it to help get everything off your face as well as exfoliate. A really cool part is that you get directions on how to give yourself a facial lymphatic massage. I tried this massage and while I slept that night, about 4 of those hard bumps that take forever to get rid of came to a head and I was able to pop them with no problem. TMI, I know, but just an observation.

I’ve only been using the Eve Lom cleanser for less than a week, so I’ll have to give a more in depth review of it after I’ve been using it for a while. Hopefully it will be a very positive review! I’ve started taking photos of my face to see any change. I might put them all together to show you if my face gets better at any point.

I’m getting ready for work right now, but I want to do a more in depth review of some face cleansers. I had been using Cetaphil which I found to be absolute garbage. And I’ve just received Eve Lom’s cleanser so I’m not going to do a really in depth review on that until I’ve been using it for a while. I’ll definitely be taking pictures of my face over the course of the next month or so we will all be able to tell how my face reacted to all these products. OKBYE.

Hard Drive

I finally got an external hard drive. I’ve been needing one since I don’t have anything backed up on my computer and I fear it will randomly die one day. It’s so tiny. They’re making these tinier and tinier (is tinier a word?). I have it compared to my bidness card.

Sadly, I’ve had my eye on this or a long time and I finally broke down and bought it. The Hello Kitty electric toothbrush with matching bubblegum toothpaste. Very kawaii. And I’m not sure why I look angry/inquisitive in the photo. I’m lazy so I stick with the first photo taken instead of taking 80 pictures and picking one that looks best.

Have you ever heard of BB Creams? Apparently it’s this amazing stuff created by zee Germans and then everyone in Asia thought it was really neat. It’s a moisturizer with healing properties/scar reducer/foundation/spf/magic in a tube. I thought I would try one out to see if it is as amazing as everyone says they are. I placed the order for mine on Sasa.com and it usually takes around 10 days to get it. If it sucks or breaks me out, I can return it. Some of these creams have “whitening properties.” I’m not concerned considering I literally cannot get any whiter, but other pigmented people might care.
